-Hey, my name's Mike Solin.  I'm a Macintosh Technician for an Apple Specialist in Philadelphia, PA.  I currently use DeployStudio, InstaDMG, and Reposado to deploy images for customer hard drive replacements.  New drives are generally unformatted, and the customer should not have the burden of installing their own OS after a hard drive failure.
