-Hey, my name's Mike Solin.  I'm a Macintosh Technician for an Apple Authorized Service Provider in Philadelphia, PA.  I currently use DeployStudio, and InstaDMG to build images for customer hard drives.  New drives are generally unformatted, and the customer should not have the burden of restoring their own OS after a hard drive replacement.
